Welcome to Fulton Shores Resort located at 417 S. Fulton Road in Rockport, Texas. This brand-new subdivision is truly one of a kind and you won’t find anything else around like it. Once you step onto the property, you’ll be transported to a tropical version of the New Orleans French Quarter. Each home is curated with a beautiful, French, flair. The architecture is truly unmatched and no detail spared. Each home will have a driveway for vehicle parking as well as a lush, green, space and patio perfect for enjoying a nice cool drink in the evening with family and friends. There are a wide variety of community amenities offered here at Fulton Shores Resort. Feel like going for a swim? Take a dip in either of the 2 custom community pools on property. Both pools are heated to ensure it stays the perfect swimming temperature year-round. There are also shady palapas by the pool if you need a break from the sun.

The community recreation areas are outfitted with a pickleball court and a basketball court when you’re up for a little family competition. Bring your beach cruiser and grab some fishing poles and head for a cruise down Beignet Lane to the stock pond where you can fish from the boardwalk surrounding the pond. Be sure to keep an eye out for all the unique migratory birds while you’re on property also! If you’d like to try your hand at catching some dinner, make your way over to the private fishing pier and cast away! A family vacation wouldn’t be the same without Fido, would it? Fulton Shores Resort also offers a dog park for your 4-legged fur family to run around and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful South Texas sunshine. This community is not only golf cart accessible but there is also a golf cart rental shop on site which makes renting and reserving a cart much more convenient.
